Tarryn is a new addition to the PEPPERMINT Collective this year! She has experience working with local, provincial, national, and international sport organizations. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and a Junior career in cycling, Tarryn brings a unique understanding of the Long Term Athlete Development Plan as well as first-hand experience when it comes to training, racing and competing within Canada as a Junior rider!
After stepping away from competitive cycling, she immersed herself into other avenues of cycling such as guiding, coaching and working with organizations that have all made countless contributions to the positive progression and development of the sport sector. Some of Tarryn’s racing highlights include placing 2nd at the Canadian Junior Cyclocross National Championships, 1st in the Team Sprint and 3rd in the Keirin Event at the Canadian Junior Track Cycling National Championships.
Tarryn looks forward to repping the PEPPERMINT kit this year and beyond because she appreciates what they stand for and how they have chosen to support women in cycling and bridge the much needed gap in gender equality that currently exists within the cycling industry.
