This season is a special one for me… because it is my first season as a mom! Getting back in shape after having a baby is a unique adventure and for me, cycling is sure to hold an essential place in my journey. Recently, I realized how important it is to know your personal limits, especially when experiencing new things. More than ever, cycling and sports in general, allow me to find a balance.
Girls, we are strong! Our capacity to adapt and evolve is impressive. Due to the current global pandemic, we must find new ways of doing things. Even at a distance, we must continue to help, support and motivate each other.
This season, I simply want to have fun, to fully enjoy every ride (because time is precious!) and share my experience with you!
