Ever since I was a young girl, I have always loved playing outside. I had the chance to practise many sports. Whether it is alpine skiing competition, triathlon, horseback riding, circus or climbing, I found an infinite source of adrenaline, fun and peace, no matter the sport. Throughout the years, I realized that biking always came back on top of my list. As much as I love my road bike, I can’t stay away from my mountain bike; I think it’s the muddy aspect of the sport that does it for me.
Playing outside keeps me sane, it allows me to completely switch my brain off and to appreciate the present moment. I lived abroad for a few years, but the great Canadian outdoors brought me back home. Since then, I go out for a mountain ride whenever the weather allows it and explore all the playgrounds we have at our disposal in Quebec, but also in British Columbia. Whistler’s bike park and Squamish’s trails are definitely worth the detour… ;)
What I love even more than playing outside is to share these privileged moments. A ride with the girls, a night out camping, a campfire and many snacks, and we are near perfection!
Always ready for an activity topped with a little tailgate, I wish to share my passion for the outdoors with the coolest women community in town.
